DITT awarded new contract by Hjaltland Housing Association

DITT are delighted to have been successful in securing the contract for the new Hjaltland Housing Association scheme in the heart of Lerwick’s conservation area.

This new development of 27 one bedroom flats comprises of three separate blocks of flats, situated in a prominent part of the town opposite Islesburgh Community Centre in King Harald Street.

Site works have already commenced with demolition of the old existing buildings as per contract, with building works due to start as soon as site is cleared.
