A private speculative housing project.  29 properties, with a mix of four different house styles, from 2 bedroom semi-detached properties for first time buyers up to 5 bedroom villa style houses for growing families. The project included full roads, footpaths and services, and fully fenced and landscaped gardens. The development was the largest private housing scheme ever undertaken in the area. It provided a much needed boost to the population of Scalloway which had suffered from a lack of new housing provision in the area. The development has received much praise for its layout and colour scheme.
